Starshine was designed so the top 2 rows cover the pillow area displaying the handsome paper foundation star in the center. This variation of New York Beauty is user friendly to make. The star points are foundation paper pieced. Use Anne’s freezer paper method of applique with no raw edges or difficult curved seams to sew to complete the star.
